Following Jesus was never meant to be done alone. The kingdom of God is being established through His church. In the Bible, we find “one another” commandments that instruct us how we are to treat each other. The question that was being answered by the writers of the Bible wasn’t if you were in community, but when you are in community what is the expectation. In that, we take the similar posture of Jesus who came to serve not to be served. As disciples, we put God’s love on display in how we get to love God and love one another.
