Based on our knowledge at the present moment, this is information from the local and state government that will assist those who have been financially impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.

At the end of June, the City of Long Beach will be launching a rental assistance program for those affected by COVID-19. READ MORE

A stimulus package has been passed offering direct payments to tax payers and increased unemployment benefits for people (including freelancers, furloughed employees, etc). READ MORE

If you are in financial need and have yet to apply for either or both of these things above, we recommend this as a first step.

If you have already qualified or don’t qualify for the financial assistance programs above and you are in need, we have resources available for people in our community. We may be able to help with the following things depending on the funds and resources we have available:

  • Running errands for you if you have been effected by COVID-19 or are a high risk individual

  • Proving assistance with basic financial needs related to groceries, medications, and diapers or formula

  • Providing additional financial assistance for things related to rent, emergency medical bills, and counseling
